<p>Stockton on Tees Borough Council wish to invite you to a market event to explore an opportunity to develop a framework for supported accommodation services for children and young people.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stockton Council and its strategic partners are working to implement and deliver against the priorities identified within the Children and Young People’s Strategy for Stockton-on-Tees (2019-2023) that sets out a vision for a shift in focus towards prevention and outlines how partners across the borough will work together to improve outcomes for young people.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Different service models and accommodation types are required depending on the needs of young people. Services are required to support vulnerable young people who are often making a transition from a “care” to a “support” setting, whose needs will vary in terms of levels of support, guidance and input that is required from specialist teams.
