<p>The MDC team does not have the required marketing and design skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on our communications objectives in house. Through this commission, the MDC is therefore looking for strategic marketing and creative design support to deliver our marketing requirements over a 2-year period, with the potential to extend the contract for a further year.
