Social Worker (Young Adults Team) Pay Rate is £24 up to £28.00 per hour Hours: 37 Hours per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury/Hybrid Working Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: An exciting job opportunity has arisen within Sandwell's Young Adults Team and we are looking to recruit 1 x full time (37 hours) Social Worker for 3 months. We are a busy care management team working with young adults with disabilities in transition to adulthood aged from 14 - 24/25 years. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience preferably within the field of transitions. You must hold a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW or equivalent and must have a Social Work England professional registration. An Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults Barring check is also required for this role. This role will be hybrid working which will consist of working from home and office based. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs.
