Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council is working with North and North East Lincolnshire Councils on the re-commissioning of Sexual Health services and it is proposed a 'Greater Lincolnshire' approach will be taken. These services include: - A countywide integrated sexual health service which includes a service for children and young people across North and North East Lincolnshire. - A countywide integrated sexual health service which includes a service for children and young people and Emergency Hormone Contraception in pharmacy locations across Lincolnshire. - Long-Acting Reversible Contraception via GP practices across Lincolnshire - Sexual health outreach, HIV prevention and support service across the Lincolnshire area. - Sexual health outreach, HIV prevention and support service across the North and North East Lincolnshire area. All of the above services are in scope for this re-commissioning, with some having been in place since 2016. Initial engagement was undertaken by Lincolnshire County Council in November 2022, this PIN initiates a further engagement to gather the views of the market through a pre-procurement market engagement questionnaire, with details of how to access the questionnaire and deadline for submission is 10:00 on Monday 17th April 2023. Lot 1: It is proposed to meet the different requirements of each of the three authorities, the tender will be separated into the following lots: • Lot 1 - Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Service • Lot 2 - Northern Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Service • Lot 3 - Lincolnshire Long-Acting Reversible Contraception • Lot 4 - Greater Lincolnshire Sexual Health Outreach, HIV Prevention and Support Services All authorities will have an individual contract for each of their lots.
