Tender description
Undertake a feasibility study on Fountain Street/High Street in Manchester City Centre that proposes suitable interventions that could be used to achieve the project objectives. Impact of interventions on the highway network and on stakeholders will need to be considered for each option and if possible suggested mitigation provided. Proposed interventions should consider key risks that may exist for MCC in delivery of the project. This study will provide evidence of optioneering which can be used to aid decision making; and will be followed by a concept design on the preferred option. Keywords: Consultancy
