Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) is looking to re-open the Framework Agreement to provide Personal Care and Support Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities; this is sometimes referred to as "domiciliary care" or "dom care". The Northamptonshire Personal Care and Support Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities Framework Agreement. The existing Framework Agreement has been advertised under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and as such can be reopened to additional providers.
