Medite Smartply PQQ RO/RO deliveries to UK 2023-2025

Tender description

The purpose of this questionnaire is to identify service providers who can meet our requirements and, depending on the number of suitably qualified providers, to draw up a short-list of candidates to be invited to tender for the above contract. It is emphasised that the information requested in this questionnaire is aimed solely at determining the suitability and choice of candidates for entry to the Tendering Stages. MEDITE SMARTPLY requirement is to select one or more service providers to deliver our finished products to our UK customer base on a RO/RO service basis from 2023 to 2025. MEDITE SMARTPLY have complied a list of postal code area (including Scotland) in section B1, table 2 page 25 that must be completed accurately. The indicative volumes annually are expected to range between 10,000 to 11,000 loads depending on market conditions and plant performance. In table 1, we are asking service providers to give a strong indication into the minimum number of loads they will be able to commit to during the full contract term on a weekly basis. Failure to complete table 1 in section B1 may result in the PQQ being rejected.
