Inspection, Testing and Reactive Maintenance in respect to Emergency Lighting Systems, and Portable Appliance Testing Contract 2023 to 2026

One annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the inspection of all Emergency Lighting systems, and annual Portable Appliance Testing within these properties. Reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis with an emergency response time of 4 hours. Lot 1: Area 1 West Bield Housing and Care is looking to put in place a contract for one annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the annual inspection of all Emergency Lighting systems, and for annual Portable Appliance Testing within these properties. Reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis with an emergency response time of 4 hours. Lot 2: Area 2 Central and Oban Bield Housing and Care is looking to put in place a contract for one annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the annual inspection of all Emergency Lighting systems, and for annual Portable Appliance Testing within these properties. Reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis with an emergency response time of 4 hours. Lot 3: Area 3 East Bield Housing and Care is looking to put in place a contract for one annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the annual inspection of all Emergency Lighting systems, and for annual Portable Appliance Testing within these properties.
