Tender description
It is the intention of the Client to appoint an Architect-led multi-disciplinary Design Team to deliver the Fulton House refurbishment project, from RIBA stage 0 (Brief) to RIBA stage 7 (In Use). In summary, the following services are to be provided: - Architectural design consultancy - Principal Designer services (provided by Architect) - MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Services Design consultancy - Structural Design consultancy - Fire engineering consultancy All of the above services are to be provided from RIBA stage 1 (Brief) to RIBA stage 7 (Use). Lot 1: It is the intention of the Client to appoint an Architect-led multi-disciplinary Design Team to deliver the Fulton House refurbishment project, from RIBA stage 0 (Brief) to RIBA stage 7 (In Use).
