The company, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts, has social values at its core. 2gether is acting as the procuring agent for, and behalf of, East Kent Hospitals Charity, whom are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and capable external audit service provider to carry out the following activity: - Accounts to be prepared under Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) and Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) 102 requirements relating to Audit Year 2022-23 and the audit should be timely after the year end of the Charity (31/03/2023) and support the Charity Commission's timeline for submission of the 31 January 2024 The Contract term is one year, but with option to extend for further audit years, +1, +1 years Further information about the requirements, including how the contract will be awarded, is available from the procurement documents.
