Tender description
COPFS are contracting the services of Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd via direct award, under Scape Procure Scotland Ltd’s (SCAPE) ‘SCAPE Construction Framework - Scotland’ (SPS003), Lot 1 – Lower GBP 0 - GBP 7.5m. Morgan Sindall will be required to complete a holistic low carbon refit of the building with the objective of significantly improving the thermal property of the building, and install a zero-carbon heat source. Morgan Sindall will work alongside the COPFS Design Team and provide construction services at the Elgin office, including managing all third parties required to complete the works.
