CYP Community Team - Market Engagement Session

Tender description

<p>The London Borough of Waltham Forest is keen to work with VCSE mental health providers and youth charities to commission a service for children and young people’s mental health in localities within the borough.</p> <p>&nbsp;This team would work directly with children and young people within the ‘getting help’ part of the Thrive model for mental health, to prevent young people’s mental health needs escalating to specialist CAMHS. The expectation is that the team would work with the local community, schools, GP surgeries, and other voluntary and community sector organisations.</p> <p>&nbsp;We would like to engage with organisations that are already providing services within this space, to understand the capacity and appetite of the sector for this initiative, with a view to commissioning a provider (we would also welcome partnership arrangements between VCSE organisations) within the next 2-3 months.</p> <p style="vertical-align: baseline">If this could be of interest to your organisation please come along to our initial meeting (via teams) on 17^th April at 10:30am to discuss in more detail.
