Contract Number: DN664662 Contract Name: Contact Centre Platform Pre-Market Engagement Liverpool City Council Contact Centre is seeking a supplier to provide a contact centre platform to provide the main portal for customer engagement and to underpin the delivery of the service. This initiative is seen as a key opportunity to work in partnership with a supplier, the Council's ICT Service and key stakeholders to increase customer self- service, employ any appropriate new innovative technology and enhance Liverpool City Council's digital offering.
