APPOINTMENT OF EMPLOYERS AGENT FOR COMPETITIVE DESIGN AND BUILD PROJECT - COLERAINE TOWN 2023

Tender description

The project is for the provision of the proposed delivery of social housing units by means of a Land, Design and Build contract(s) / agreement, where the developer(s) provide the land, construct and complete development schemes for North Belfast Housing Association trading as NB Housing in accordance with the Department for Communities (DfC) Housing Association Guide, Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. The programme for provision of the Employers Agent service is approximately 24 months. However, this is dependent on the developer(s) proposals. It is anticipated that the Design and Build contracts will deliver a minimum of 15 units through a mix of residential house types. The Employers Agent role within this process should Architect / building surveyor and Quantity Surveyor providing the service in conjunction with each other.
