Tender description

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust requires an external specialist organisation to independently evaluation/desktop newly produced/written job descriptions via the NHS Agenda for Change, Job Evaluation Scheme. The successful supplier will be expected to undertake tasks as and when required. The Trust will, wherever possible endeavour to utilise its own resources for all Job Evaluations. For this reason, the overall level of requests from the Trust may fall or increase during the life of the contract. The Trust requires trained individuals who have Job Evaluation experience and have completed Job Evaluation Training with NHS Employers. The duration of the contract will be for 12 months with the option to extend by one further period of 12 months. The anticipated start date is 19th May 2023.
