Tender description
A Full Design Team is required including Architect, QS, S&C Engineer, M&E Engineer, Landscape Architect, and Interpretation Designer. Calanais 2025 is a project led by the Urras nan Tursachan (UnT) (Standing Stones Trust) to develop the Calanais Visitors Centre site. Note that the Trust have already selected their preferred design and have submitted that design for planning approval. The selected design team will be expected to take the project though RIBA 4 to RIBA 7 to complete the development of the Centre site.
