Removal and replacement of existing mechanical heating system for new, including the removal and replace of all existing radiators and pipework. New steel panel radiator installation and new pipework installations including the provision for new automatic controls for automatic control of the schools heating system. Works shall include for all the builders and electrical works associated to enable the installation of a new heating system as outlined in the project requirements information. Lot 270658: Upgrade of Mechanical Heating Systems at Our Ladys Secondary School, Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan Full refurbishment of mechanical heating system including replacement of existing radiators and pipework with new. Provision of automatic controls to provide zoned heating system. Contract will include the provision of all associated builders works, electrical works and acting as principal contractor for all works requirements.
