The University has a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation and regional engagement, making a major contribution to the economic, social and cultural development of Northern Ireland. At the heart of the new state-of-the-art campus in central Belfast is the Academy: The Centre for Food, Drink and Culture, this is a world-class learning environment supporting students, the local economy and the international hospitality, food and drink sectors. The Ulster University wish to appoint a specialist consultant to work in partnership with the Associate Head of Department to develop a strategy and operational plan for the Academy that reflects the ethos of the facility and centres the strategy for the Academy within the wider university strategy of People, Place and Partnership.
