Replacement of external doors on multiple locations

Tender description

Tender for replacement of all external doors to the properties which are identified in the Document 2 - Pricing. Job to be performed in line with the specification(included in Document 1 - Tender instruction) . The doors will require measuring per site and designs for the doors will have to be submitted to the contract manager. The contractor is to allow for cutting of the side panels for the door intercom unit & fire officer switch, holes for access to magnetic locks and installation of magnetic door locks (wiring by others). The contractor will also need to allow for a return visit to enclose door trims after the completion of the installation of the door intercom in line with the agreed programme dates once appointed.
