Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Warehousing and manual handling goods for Geological Survey Ireland

Tender description

GSI seeks tenders for inclusion in a multi supplier framework to provide and install further racking systems across its warehousing facilities. The framework will be the primary source for future procurement of associated racking products including but not limited to shelving, bundled containers and other storage solutions for use within a racking system. The framework will also be the primary source for future procurement of servicing and maintenance of racking systems. Technical capability of proposal including quality and range of products available As a technical exercise for inclusion in the framework, tenderers should provide a technical solution for the following specification. • 6.5m frame height • depth 1100mm • bay width 1850mm • 2000kg load per beam level • ground + 5 levels • 14 bays each along two aisles back to back • Adjustable levels • Full certification Tenderers should also outline any additional goods recommended within the scope of this technical request, for example – signage, forklift protection bars etc.. The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”). Tenderers should clearly indicate which Lot(s) they are submitting a tender for in their submissions. The Lots are: • Lot 1: Warehouse Pallet Racking and associated services • Lot 2: General warehouse, manual handling and storage equipment and warehouse consumables. • Lot 3: Timber products
