The National Audit Office (NAO) is the UK's independent public spending watchdog. We support Parliament in holding government to account and we help improve public services through our high-quality audits work. NAO is now seeking to establish a Strategic HR - Permanent and Temporary services contract to cater for the recruitment of Temporary and Permanent staffs. The purpose of the service will be to support NAO permanent and temporary staffing needs by having more direct access between agencies and our internal teams through different lots that are aligned to skill sets and job categories. The specialisms will include, but are not limited, to the following • ACCA, ACA or CIPFA, CCAB qualified accountants for external audit roles • Technology/Digital • Communications and Marketing • Human Resources/Learning and Development • Finance and Procurement • Facilities/Health and Safety • Administrative and Executive Assistant roles • Senior roles, such as Executive Director The estimated annual spend range will be between £1.5m to £2.5m (but may vary), while the contract duration will be for a minimum of 2 years. The intention of this prior information notice (PIN) is to provide advance notice to the marketplace of the tendering opportunity and our plans to issue the procurement exercise by Summer 2023. However note that NAO is not advertising this PIN as a mechanism to reduce future procurement timescales. Lot 1: Providing recruitment permanent and temporary services.
