Tender description

The Client invites tenders to provide the service of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) in relation to the feasibility (to RIBA Stage 3 initially) of the development of Portglenone Riverside Path & Marina Improvements. Further RIBA Stages will depend on funding. The Riverside Path is to connect Portglenone Marina and Portglenone Forest Park along the River Bann. The Marina Improvements include an extended mooring pontoon to meet extra demand for both annual berth holders and visitors, along with a canoe slip.
