Homelessness Prevention: Edinburgh Homelessness Support Services

Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council is looking to retender a range of existing of homelessness support service contracts. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to invite interested organisations to the following provider briefing: Date: Tuesday, 25 April 2023 Time: 2.00pm (Pre-registration and refreshments from 1.30pm) Venue: City Chambers, 253 High Street, EH1 1YJ Room: Council Chamber The Council wishes to work with organisations interested in supporting the ongoing development and future delivery models for homelessness services which contribute to key strategic priorities of the Council including those set out in the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan - Second Iteration 2020 Lot 1: Work is now required to prepare for the procurement of these services. The Council’s intention is to develop existing co-produced service specifications for these services with interested stakeholders. Areas of work/services to be covered within this procurement exercise are: Housing First Visiting Housing Support Complex Needs Visiting Housing Support Street Based Outreach Support Hub for rough sleepers Young Person Visiting Housing Support Young Person Group Work Youth Emergency Support Service (Crisis Service for 16 and 17-Year Olds) Locality Visiting Housing Support – North-East, North-West, South-East and South-West link to Locality map - https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/27031/city-of-edinburgh-council-boundaries-map Further information on each service can be found in the attached Service Summaries document.
