Doncaster wellbeing and support service

Tender description

The Council has commissioned the Community Based Support Service for the past 4 years. The Service offers community based, mental health and wellbeing support for adults over the age of 18, within and across the four Doncaster localities. The Service has a focus on early intervention and prevention, and enables people to self-refer to a range of services aimed at improving their general mental wellbeing, including support to access the resources available to them in their locality that will enable them to improve and maintain their wellbeing.
