Tender description
The organisation is about to enter year 2 of a 4-year transformation programme. We have an ambition to be digital first and foremost in our approach to learning. Our aim is to create a strategic learning and development approach which creates curiosity and tempts people to satisfy that curiosity with learning through our own platform. We provide learning resources hosted on our learning platform that supports a continuous learning experience. We are looking to expand the learning we offer on soft skills to our employees.
