Connecting the Culm is a 3+ year partnership catchment project that has been developed to tackle some significant challenges for the River Culm and its catchment between the source in the Blackdown Hills AONB and confluence with the River Exe near Exeter. This procurement awarded the following two lots: Production of Outline Design Plans -nature-based solutions- (specialist hydrological consultancy) for: a) two outfalls from the M5 motorway, that have water quality issues to address b) nature based solutions in the wider catchment- focussing on water quality and biodiversity improvements (Nature Recovery Delivery Plan) Project Management Support (and final report)
