Catering and Cafe Services at Westminster Properties

**IMPORTANT** This contract will be put out to tender as a sheltered contract available only to economic operators whose employees are made up of a minimum 30% disabled or disadvantaged persons as per regulation 20 of the PCR 2015. Please check the definitions of both disabled and disadvantaged to see if your business meets this criteria. **IMPORTANT** This contract is for the provision of catering services at two sites, Westminster City Hall and Lisson Grove for breakfast and lunch with both hot and cold food offerings along with hot and cold drink offerings. There must also be the capability to offer a vegetarian and meat food provision. The contract combined annual sales figures for the most recent financial year are £373,092. This is a combination of Westminster City Council employee spend and event catering on both sites. The contract is planned for a three year with two single twelve month extension clauses.
