Advertising on North Ayrshire Council Vehicles

North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) is looking to engage with the market ahead of a potential opportunity for NAC to maximise its asset portfolio by providing best value advertising opportunities on refuse and other vehicles in the full Council fleet. NAC operates 28 refuse collection vehicles across North Ayrshire and has over 500 vehicles in the fleet. The vehicles cover the whole of North Ayrshire and are highly visible, therefore it provides a highly effective opportunity for businesses to raise their profile locally. In partnership with a supplier that has proven expertise in sales and advertising in this field, NAC wish to maximise advertising opportunities on refuse vehicles and the Council fleet to realise their full potential. The contract will be agreed for two years reviewed after one year with the potential for an extension beyond the initial period. Suppliers interested in this potential opportunity must complete the attached questionnaire and return by email to pamelaorton@north-ayrshire.gov.uk, Assistant Procurement Officer (Corporate Procurement) by close of business Tuesday 18th April 2023.
