Purchase of 8 vehicles Lot 1: The purchase of 8 vehicles through the Halton Housing framework. A total of 6 vehicles will be utilised on the Digital Demand Responsive Transport (DDRT) services in Surrey and 2 vehicles will be utilised by Waverely Hoppa who have committed to electrifying their fleet with the purchase of 2 ULEVs via their own funding mechanisms.
