<p>Trafford Council is seeking Expressions Of Interest from suitable interested parties including GPs and Pharmacies for the provision of Locally Commissioned Services as listed below, to their general population: • Smoking cessation • NHS Health Checks • IUCD Enhanced Service • Long Acting Reversible Contraception • Alcohol Intervention • Emergency Hormone Contraception (EHC). Contract commencement date: 1 April 2023. Duration: 1 year. Option of Extend: 4 one-year extensions. Please see attached documentation for details including specifications and the pre-requisites that must be met. To be able to participate in this procurement process, interested parties must be able to: a) meet the pre-requisites / criteria for the provision of the service(s); b) meet the required quality standards stipulated; and c) provide the required evidence to show that they meet the above-mentioned pre-requisites / criteria and quality standards. This contract will be subject to the NHS Terms and Conditions.
