Tender description

The States’ Trading Supervisory Board (STSB) on behalf of the States of Guernsey (‘the States’) is inviting interested parties to submit proposals, and a potential subsequent tender for the export and treatment of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) from Guernsey. The first stage of this process is to ask interested parties to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). This will be evaluated to identify a short-list of potential service Providers who will be issued a formal invitation to tender for the future contract with a start date of 1 January 2024.
