<p>This tender is for the role of a “single independent corporate Income Administrator” to the Greville Bathe (GB) and Ann Alice Rayner (AAR) funds (the Funds). These Funds are bequests left in the care of the States of Jersey and its Officers for the purpose of providing financial aid (within specific parameters) to needy Islanders.</p> <p>The IA role involves advertising the Funds, soliciting, processing and concluding award decisions based on the Funds’ rules and performing subsequent evaluation of the outcomes award decisions; all within the parameters of a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).</p> <p>The Income Administrator (IA) shall operate a controlling Board of at least four Jersey directors, with quorum of two Jersey directors, together with all necessary infrastructure to support that Board independently perform its role, which requires the management of the sensitive personal information of applicants and cash processing activities. The IA is expected to perform its role independently, transparently, and autonomously.
