Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) is seeking submissions for the creation, delivery and production of two large scale installations/animations as part of its Derry Halloween Festival 2023. City of Bones Lot One (£25,000 Budget): - Society Street, Society Street Car Park, Palace Street, Magazine Street Upper Lot Two (£30,000 Budget): - The Diamond (Significant piece), Bishop’s St (within walls only) The two animation requirements, called lots, have been identified for the purposes of this tender. Organisations may apply for one or both lots. It is mandatory that each lot being applied for is returned individually, including full responses to selection criteria pertaining to specification provided for each lot. Tenderers should be aware that a separate return must be made for each lot being applied for. Companies applying for both tenders should ensure that they will have the capacity to produce and manage both installations in two separate locations, at the same time during the festival. Given the scale of the installations, Council will require a dedicated production team and site manager from the winning tenderer for each location, to be on site at all times when the event is live.
