T23-046BUS Supply of Production Services at Events - Restricted List Application

Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) invites written tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the compilation of a restricted list for production services at our events programmed from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026. Additional public events and celebrations may be programmed on an ad hoc basis. These events may vary in nature, scale and requirements. Production services refers to an inclusive service providing staging, sound and audio visual, special effects, screens and associated auxiliary requirements. This restricted list will be issued for a period of 1 year with the option of 2 x 1 year extensions giving a maximum contract duration of 3 years. These events are planned over the next year but this may be subject to change and are not confirmed until annual rates process. Please refer to the CfT documents for further details.
