<p>South Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to commission a survey of private sector housing stock conditions.</p> <p>This includes assessing: a) category 1 and 2 hazards using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System under the Housing Act 2004 b) non decent homes occupied by both vulnerable and non-vulnerable households c) energy efficiency d) fuel poverty in vulnerable households e) breakdown of adaptations eligible for disabled facilities grants f) rented accommodation g) houses in multiple occupation h) properties empty for more than 6 months i) general information on the area, including a socio economic profile of private sector householders in the South Cambridgeshire District Council area.</p> Keywords: Private Sector Stock Condition Survey
