<p>Durham County Council (DCC) is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) IT Asset Management (ITAM) solution to support Digital Services in the effective management of ICT hardware and software assets to improve the level of service delivered to our internal ICT users and leverage savings through efficient and effect management of assets.
