Tender description

Works comprise full re-roofing with salvaged slate arising from the existing, part new natural slates, all new leadwork to valleys, gutters, hips, mansard and flat roofs, including enw glazed lantern to replace existing, new timber substrate throughout, including repairs to existing primary structure. The scope includes conservation and repair to structural timbers, including rafter ends and wall plates. Stone and render works including removal of existing render from inner face of parapet, removal of existing render to external face of parapet, new render to replace existing on external face, repointing all exposed stonework, lifting and rebedding the existing capping, with similar works to 3 no. chimneys and repairs to the chimneys.
