Tender description

Kildare County Council request for tender for the provision of marketing and public relations consultancy service to include: - Full suite of Marketing and PR strategy and support for Brigid 1500 programme, to include minimum of 5 large scale events, smaller events and any associated schemes such as grants or school programmes . - Development of full Marketing & PR strategy for the 2024 Brigid 1500 programme of events. - Develop and manage an in depth targeted media schedule to optimise awareness of and participation in all aspects of Brigid 1500 programme in line with programme objectives. - Develop and manage full marketing schedule including merchandise, advertising, branding opportunities and partnerships, sponsorship etc. in support of Brigid 1500 programme of events. - Coordination and management of all media engagement, including preparation and dissemination of press releases, interview and feature opportunities, media coverage, advertising campaigns and associated suppliers as required. - Management of social media accounts to include content schedule, posts and networking with partner agencies to maximise reach. Provide regular insight reports on performance of same. - Content plan for Brigid 1500 website. - Contribute to creative strategy of programme development. - Provide regular updates and presentations on Marketing & PR strategy and progress to Brigid 1500 project team and various stakeholders as required. - Attendance at events and management of associated media to include any live media, media queries and press.
