Provision of Management Information System for Waltham Forest Adult Learning

<p>Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service (ALS) is the council’s direct provider of employability, courses and training for adults aged 19 plus in the borough. Its mission is to raise the level of skills in the borough so that residents and beyond can access job opportunities, career goals, learn new skills, start their own business support, improve wellbeing and support their families including homework support. This tender is to procure a Management Information System (MIS) to provide a range of funding returns for the ALS (Adult Learning Service) to meet its funding obligations. Key funders, mainly the GLA (Greater London Authority) and ESFA (Education, Skills Funding Authority) and a multi-layered and complex approach to draw down their funding. This includes monthly returns through the ILR (Individual Learner Records), subject to eligibilities, uplifts and other added values as per issues at the time of the funding year.</p> Keywords: Management System, , Adult Learning System
