<p>London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is planning to implement a new Framework for Day Opportunities for adults with Learning Disability, Mental Health, and Autism in 2023 and we would like to take the opportunity to carry out a soft market test, to gauge the level of interest in the market. The Soft Market Test is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Council. We encourage all organisations with relevant experience in the delivery of high-quality External Day services and new providers to participation in this process.</p> Keywords: day opportunities
