Provision of Autodesk Software Licenses and Related Services to DCU

Dublin City University is seeking tenders for the provision of licenses and associated support for Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Collection to include the most current releases, with associated toolkits. DCU’s existing license arrangements comprise two separate contracts expiring on the 25th of March and the 5th of April respectively. DCU’s initial requirement is therefore as follows: Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection New Single 2:1 trade in Subscription Renewal 1 year x 6. Licenses should include maintenance and support, access to latest versions, updates, security patches, cloud storage, administrative tools, access to previous versions and concurrent usage options. DCU is seeking options for one- and three-year licenses for the above software. Tenderers should note that DCU reserves the right to purchase additional licenses for the above software or similar Autodesk products throughout the duration of the contract.
