The Council has a legal duty to provide certain advice and information services for local residents, this Contract is for the Provision of Advice and Information Services for residents of the Highland Council area. As well as supporting the legal duty of the Council the provision of Advice and Information Services is a crucial element of the Council’s strategy to achieve both national and local outcomes in respect of welfare, poverty and equalities. Lot 1: The Council has a legal duty to provide certain advice and information services for local residents as follows and this contract forms part of arrangements in place to ensure full compliance.
