Proposed New social housing development (0.82 ha) located in Carnacon, Claremorris, Co. Mayo. It is approx. 370m south of Local road L1604 & approx. 4.7km east of National Road N84. Eastern boundary of the property is located along local road L1605. Burriscarra/Carnacon N.S. & local Parish Centre are located directly north of the Site & Cara Lodge Public House is to the south. All dwellings to be provided with private gardens & assoc'd carparking. Site development works comprise access roads, footways, greenway, site boundaries, open space, drainage, proprietary effluent treatment plant, percolation area, landscaping, assoc'd earthworks, public lighting, utilities/services connections, diversions of services & ancillary works including: Construction of 9no new dwelling units, constructed as semi-detached blocks comprising: • 4 No. Semi Detached 3 Bed (6 person) dormer units • 5 No. Semi Detached 2 Bed (4 person) dormer units Construction of new development entrance, access road & builder’s compound.
