<p>Purchase of planning services from planning consultant to advise and assist OCC on wide range of planning matters affecting the delivery of property services across the Council Services include: •Planning advice and recommendations including planning appraisals to inform / enhance value •Liaison with local planning authorities, stakeholders, councillors, members of the public etc •Preparation of and submission of pre-applications / planning applications / listed building applications / prior approvals / lawful development certificates Tenderers are invited to tender for the provision of the Services described in Appendix 1 for a term of 3 years with an option for the Council to extend for up to 1 x 12 months, anticipated to commence on 24th April 2023.</p> Keywords: planning, consultancy
