Payroll and Pension Administration Services

Tender description

Essex County Council are considering moving to a fully managed payroll and pensions administration solution. The service will serve up to 8,200 ECC employees, all staff are processed on UK payroll according to UK legislation and paid in pounds sterling (£). On average, over the last 12 months, the payroll solution administered 8000 payslips each month operating on a 260-day processing schedule. (please note, this data is being provided for indicative purposes only). ECC currently has a Oracle Fusion solution in place. We are looking to engage the market to understand the landscape for managed payroll services and where Oracle Fusion has been deployed or integrated with. We would be grateful if you could answer the following; Q1 We currently use Oracle Fusion and our preference would be for our system to be accessed directly and used as part of this contract. Is this something you could accommodate? Q2 The scope of our current service includes management of the system, quarterly upgrades and testing . Is this part of the service that you could offer? Q3 Do you have experience of working with Local Government payroll?
