Langarth Energy Centre - Design, Manufacture and Install architectural gates to substation compound.

Coserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitable and experienced contractor to Design, Manufacture and Install architectural gates to substation compound. Part of the Langarth Garden Village development. Requirements : Double leaf, lockable, gate dimensions 6000mm wide (both leaves) x 4400mm high (approx.), the opening that the gates and posts fit into is 6600mm. Gate to allow for 50mm ground clearance. Finish to be obscure / solid panel in either Corten Steel or colour effect to Corten Steel colour. An "Industrial" looking gate, with a motif laser cut into the panel (see Langarth Garden Village logo below). Posts are to be supported by foundations only and not attached to the pre-cast panel wall. Gates to open outwards, away from the compound. Restraints to be provided for opened gates, drop bolts for closed gates. Please see enclosed documents for full requirements. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% price.
