HRB 2023 Cleaning services and managed service for a services officer

The Health Research Board (HRB) is a statutory agency under the aegis of the Department of Health. As the lead agency in Ireland responsible for supporting and funding health research, generating health information and promoting the use of evidence in policy and practice, we are motivated and inspired by our vision – for better health through excellent research, data, and evidence. The HRB’s mission is to support research that improves people's health, promotes evidence-informed care and creates solutions to societal challenges. There is an increased focus across government on the importance of evidence to support public policy. The HRB is currently based at Grattan House, 67-72 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2. Our offices are contained over 4 different floors . Common areas within the building including toilets, lifts and the foyer are the responsibility of the landlord and are not covered on this tender. There are over 100 staff employed by the HRB although not all will be expected in the building together at any one time. This HRB require Cleaning services and Services officer services to be provided by the successful tenderer. This contract is scheduled to begin in mid May 2023 and end in May 2026. Cleaning services are required for 4 hours per day Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays ) for 49 weeks per year A managed service for a services officer is required for 35 hours per week across Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays ) for 49 weeks per year.
