Tender description

The contract will comprise maintenance of the grounds at developments owned and managed by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works Lot 1: Area 1 West Coast Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works. Lot 2: Area 2 Central West Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works. Lot 3: Area 3 Central Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned and managed by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works Lot 4: Area 4 Central North and Oban Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works. Lot 5: Area 5 Central East and Fife Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works. Lot 6: Area 6 Tayside and Fife Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works. Lot 7: Area 7 Edinburgh and Borders Maintenance of the grounds at developments owned by Bield Housing and Care in accordance with the Standard Work Specifications for summer and winter works.
