East Sussex County Council have awarded three contracts for Home Care Services as part of the Approved List for Home Care in East Sussex including Lead Provider Home Care, HMP Lewes and Extra Care and Support Schemes.The initial term is for 6 years with up to 48 months possible extension period/s.Estimated Contract Value £0 up to £348,000,000 which includes the initial term and extension period/s. Contract Value is not guaranteed but is based on placement activity.Applicants were asked to apply for the Approved List for Home Care Services in East Sussex and they could also apply for Lead provider, HMP Lewes and Extra Care and Support Services in East Sussex.Lead Provider and HMP Lewes Applications closed on 01.04.2022 and Extra Care Applications closed on 12.08.2022. Contract start date is 30.01.2023.
