Tender description

We have commissioned a new short film explaining the origins and mission of BHE predominantly for the website. We asked three organisations to pitch: The Animation Guys, Fred & Eric, and Brickwall. Brickwall were the most comprehensive and understood the brief the best. They came in at the cheapest price, £2k under the others. See attached brief
